Произошла error w175 на преобразователе частоты M400-02400041A. Похожие устройства ATV71EXS5C25Y, CIMRV7AZ21P50B, VFD015EL21A установленные на вентиляции исправны.
Направление нашел через google по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Delta VFD075F43B" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/193/ . Поменял полевой транзистор.

Мигает авария f159 на частотном приводе EQ7-2060-C. Подобные приборы ATV312HU75S6, 3G3RV-B411K, FR-A820-00105-1 установленные на двигателях функционируют.
Инструкцию нашел через яндекс по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Altivar 71 plus atv71exc2d90n" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/925/ . Оказалось подгорел модуль IGBT.

Описание нашел через yandex по запросу "Fuji FVR-C9S (En)" prom-electric.ru/media/FVR_C9S_Instruction_Manual_Si47-0255a.pdf . Заменил терморезистор.

Загорелась ошибка 176 на преобразователе M800-04400150A. Похожие приборы ATV61HU15N4, CIMR MR5A 23P7, EI-P7002-040H установленные на экструдерах работают исправно.
Инструкцию нашел в поисковике по запросу "psmn013-100bs" prom-electric.ru/media/PSMN013-100BS.pdf . Поменял процессор.
